The report is composec in accordance with regulations of the 64th, The Law of Negotiable Instrument Market and other financial Instruments („Official messenger“ number 47/2006), in accordance of regulation the 6th and the 7th – Rulebook of the way and matter-  of reporting of public associations and informing of stock-possession with vote  („Official messenger“ number 100/2006 and 116/2006).


The pre-term Stockholder convention A.D. „Kompanija Fidelinka“, Subotica, is held on day the 25th June 2009., with beginning at 8:30h, in firm’s residence in Subotica, Čantavirski put bb.

The convention brought the next decisions:

1.    To the stock association A.D. “Kompanija Fidelinka“, Subotica, is approved to carry out of raising the canstituent capital of economic association „Fidelinka Nekretnine“ d.o.o., Subotica, by estate investment.
2.    It is confirmed the decision by Administrative committee from 05.06.2009., by which is approved:
-    to econimic association “Fidelinka Nekretnine“ d.o.o., Subotica, to carry out the raising of constituent capital;
-    to economic association “Fidelinka Mlinarstvo“ d.o.o. Subotica, to carry out  the the raising of constituent capital of econimc association “Fidelinka Nekretnine“ by estate investing;
-    and to econimc association „“Fidelinka Pekara“ d.o.o.Subotica, to carry out the raising of constituent capital of economic asssociation “Fidelinka Nekretnine“ d.o.o. Subotica, by estate investment.
