ON „Geen-week“ fair, which was held on January the 16th and the 35th in Berlin, among other numerous countries, Serbia was also one of the represenatives. On Serbian bench, which was in main exposual auditorium, with national bench of Holland, Austria, Spain and New Zeland, A.D. „Kompanija Fidelinka“ has presented it’s grain products, with other seven companies from Serbia.

The presentation of Serbian agricultural-nutritional offer was organized by the Agency for Foreign Investments and Export-promotion of Republic Serbia (SIEPA), with German organization for tehnical cooperation support – GTZ, by Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Water industry of Serbian’s Goverment.
Inside Serbian Delegacy, the fair was visited by Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water industry of Serbia, Sasha Dragin.

The idea of “Green-week“ was born at the end of the 19th centry, and long ago in 1926. it was organized by one farmer’s suggestion who suggested it to one tourist agency in Berlin, with attention to fulfill the Conferene of German Association of Agriculturalists, which was planed for year 1926., by exposure agricultural products in Kairsedam Street. That was the beginning of the “Green-week“.

Serbia took part on the “Green-week“ even this year for the fourth time, and the fair got together over 1 000 expositors from 60 countries. The “Green-week“ in Berlin is one of the most important manifestations in agrar policy area, which has big advertising political meaning, and at the beginning of every year except new tends in production and packing agricultural nutrition products, announces the main directions and strategic aims of agriculture and agrar policy, in the world.
