The process of privatisation began in March of 1991 and continued in December of 1993 when decisions were passed regarding the issuance of internal shares in order to raise additional capital after which Fidelinka, as a state-owned company, transformed into a publicly held company with mixed ownership.

The process of privatisation continued in 2001 when the release and registration of free shares completed the ownership transformation. Fidelinka is formed as a publicly held company.

Today shares continue to be traded and the entire capital of the company is in stocks. Ownership is held by foreign and domestic commercial and private entities, so it can be said that it has been completely privatised.
