Fidelinka is one of the leading companies in the area of grain and flour processing in Serbia. Along with the production of various milled products, pasta, baked goods, starches and confectionery goods, Fidelinka has a capacity for storing around 140,000 tons of grain and other grain cultures.

 

This kind of impressive and high quality production programme must be followed by a highly organised, technically supported and purpose-driven laboratory control of raw materials, processes and finalised products.

The existing Fidelinka laboratory methodologically covers:

• Testing of wheat and other grain cultures upon entrance into storage spaces
• Testing of technological quality of stored wheat
• Testing circulation and technological quality of milled products
• Testing the quality of baked goods
• Testing the quality of pasta products
• Testing the quality of starch, its derivatives and vital wheat gluten
• Testing of sensor characteristics

All laboratory research is conducted in accordance to current regulatory acts.
The laboratory operates in accordance with the procedures and working instructions coming from the system of quality management aligned with the demands of the JUS ISO 9000/9001 standard on the level of the Fidelinka Company AD.

The existing Fidelinka laboratory has been satisfying the needs of the production operations for years. The permanent and intensive growth of the production assortment within Fidelinka have created the need for reorganisation, technical additions, methodological expansion and functional positioning of the laboratory in the process of managing technological processes and product quality. All of the aforementioned revolves around the moving of the laboratory to the new location through an intensive outfitting with new equipment.
