This year the Fidelinka Company AD marks sixty years of operation.

In our jubilee year we have gained the enviable status of leader on the Serbian market and have begun to realise perspective goals of development into the region of Southeast Europe in all areas of business, as the largest producer of flour in Serbia and one of the leading producers in the region.

Fidelinka’s plans cover several strategic developmental-investment projects, among which are segments of the bakery, confectionery industry, specialised milling, and expanding the assortment of pastas. The orientation of strategic development is aimed towards finalised products.
Along with the fresh design of packaging and the modernised assortment of well-known pastas, the rejuvenated management of the company has begun establishing new segments of the market and creating a line of new additions to the portfolio of the company. Coming out of the new machinery in the confectionery industry are new members of the family of Fidelinka brands: the popular McCracker – a salty cracker, produced in four different flavours, Slatka Čajna, Pecivo Supereca, Obli and Mini Zoo.
Also, in the jubilee year, Fidelinka has started up a chain of modern café-bakeries Bread&Co. as well as a line of specialised bakeries within large supermarkets.
The common factor of all of these directives is healthier and qualitatively tested food. Fidelinka is a company with full control over the entire production process – from the seeds of the grain sown in the fields of Bačka, to the final product. Because of that, we see production of healthy food as the basis for the strategic development of the company and its biggest comparative advantage.
With the expert personnel and technology at our disposal we can guarantee that the quality of our products will continue to be on the highest European level for a long time. Lending to this claim is the fact that Fidelinka was one of the first domestic companies to introduce, apply and uphold the HACCP Certificate - the official standard for compliance in the international frameworks of control of the processes of production, quality and security of food. The certificate was awarded to us by the leading Austrian certification firm ÖQS, which carries out the evaluation and awards certificates according to the most well-known world systems of standards.
Fidelinka possesses a modern laboratory, one of the most modern in the region, outfitted for a wide spectrum of all types of analyses in the domain of quality control from raw materials to finalised products, which adds the assurance that all products produced within Fidelinka are checked for quality.
