Laboratory


The existing Fidelinka laboratory methodology covers:

  • Testing of wheat and other grain cultures upon entrance into storage spaces
  • Testing of technological quality of the stored wheat
  • Testing circulation and technological quality of milled products
  • Testing quality of baked goods
  • Testing quality of pasta products
  • Testing quality of wheat starch, modified starches as well as vital wheat gluten
  • Testing of sensor characteristics

All laboratory research is conducted in accordance to current regulatory acts.


The laboratory operates in accordance with the procedures and working instructions coming from the system of quality management aligned with the demands of the JUS ISO 9000/9001 standard on the level of the Fidelinka Company AD.
