Cook Fidelinka Lenten Spirala pasta in salty water and drain well. Fry the cleaned and sliced red onion in oil. Add in the cleaned vegetables cut into small pieces, salt, pour in a sufficient amount of vegetable soup and sauté. Add the drained pasta to the vegetables and gently mix everything together along with the finely chopped parsley leaves. Serve warm as a main dish.
