Fry the sliced red onion with the carrot in hot oil. Add in cubed peppers, spices and pour in wine. When the wine evaporates, add in the peeled and cut tomatoes and cook for around 15 minutes. Just prior to the end of cooking, add fresh cut basil. Cook the Fidelinka lenten macaroni in salted water, drain, pour sauce over pasta and serve warm.
