For the dressing mix together the mayonnaise, yoghurt and vinegar, add in the chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Cook Fidelinka Spirala macaroni in salted water and drain. Cook the peas in salted water for 4 minutes, rinse them off with a stream of water and then drain. Cut the apple, pepper, cucumber and cheese into cubes. Mix together the Fidelinka Spirala macaroni with the apples, cheese, cucumbers and peppers, add pepper, salt and lemon juice to taste. Cover everything with the prepared dressing. Refrigerate and dress with spice leaves.
