Cook the Fidelinka Školjka Pasta and place it aside. Melt the butter and add-in the flour, followed by the soup, milk, salt and a pinch of nutmeg. Place the prepared béchamel sauce in the refrigerator to chill. In a special dish sauté the finely chopped mushrooms and onions, add sour cream, ham cut into strips and to that add the béchamel sauce. Add salt and pepper along with chopped parsley and sauté for around five more minutes on low heat until it thickens. Cover the Fidelinka Školjka Pasta with the dip and mix lightly. Serve warm.
