Cook Fidelinka Spirala pasta in salty water and drain. Cut the mushrooms into thick slices and sauté them in oil for about ten minutes. Add the grated red onion and oregano, season to taste and sauté along with adding a little water. When the mushrooms become soft, sprinkle in breadcrumbs and parsley then add the pasta and tomato puree. Heat well and serve immediately.
